About The Position

We are seeking a product leader based on-site in Irving, TX, who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. The Marketing Technology (MarTech) Product Manager will bridge the gap between our internal marketing vision and high-performance digital delivery. This role owns the product backlog and helps architect the marketing technology ecosystem that empowers our marketing team to reach customers faster and more effectively. Using Agile methodologies and Design Thinking, this role will lead a continuous delivery stream, ensuring that new capabilities move from concept to deployment in two-week cycles (or faster).

Requirements

  • Product Management: Managing the full product lifecycle in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Salesforce Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud) is essential. Understands how data flows and how to leverage it for personalization.
  • Digital Ecosystem: Understanding of the full digital ecosystem including .com and mobile experiences, and what drives user engagement to drive business results from delivering content management through to digital workflows.
  • Agile Expert: Deep experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Knows how to manage a CI/CD pipeline and is comfortable with frequent deployments.
  • Design Thinking: You don't just take orders; you investigate the "root need" using empathy mapping and rapid prototyping.
  • Marketing & Market Research Foundation: 7+ years of experience working within a marketing, marketing technology, or market research environment. Strong understanding of campaign lifecycles, audience segmentation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Technical Product Delivery: Proven experience delivering technical products or platforms in collaboration with engineering teams. Ability to work with concepts such as APIs, data schemas, integrations, and deployment processes.
  • Enterprise CMS Expertise: 7+ years of experience working with enterprise-level Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Sitecore, Salesforce CMS). Familiarity with headless or decoupled CMS architectures and how they support multi-channel digital experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or similar).
  • Experience leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to measure product performance and communicate insights.
  • Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts or system constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:  Transform high-level marketing goals into a prioritized technical backlog. Own the "what" and the "why," ensuring every sprint delivers measurable value.
  • Agile Product Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital capabilities, working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. Manage the sprint process, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain a high-velocity deployment cadence (bi-weekly minimum).
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Management:  Act as the functional expert for our Salesforce stack, ensuring seamless integration between CRM data and marketing automation tools.
  • User-Centric Design:  Apply Design Thinking principles to solve internal friction points, ensuring the tools we build are intuitive for the marketing team to use.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison between the internal marketing team and engineering/IT squads, translating business requirements into technical product backlog items and ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and technical delivery.
  • CMS Strategy & Integration: Lead the evolution of our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure it is flexible, scalable, and deeply integrated with our Salesforce data. Oversee the delivery of modular content components that allow marketers to build pages and campaigns without needing constant developer intervention.
