Xnurta is looking for a Marketing Team Lead, Growth to own and scale our inbound growth engine. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for strategy, execution, and team leadership across the channels that drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and revenue. You will lead a small but high-impact growth team and function as the architect of our inbound motion setting strategy, prioritizing investments, and ensuring disciplined execution across ABM, website, organic and paid experiences, PR, sponsorships, and long-form digital content. You’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Creative, and the executive team to ensure inbound marketing is tightly aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, enjoys collaborating across functions, and is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
