About The Position

One Therapy Network (ONE) is a therapy enablement platform designed to help independent therapy practices operate with the kind of support and structure that larger organizations take for granted, without losing their culture or independence. In effect, ONE allows independent practices across the country to operate with the strength and resources of much larger organizations. One Therapy Network is hiring a Marketing Lead (Growth & Operations) to work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to build and run the organization’s growth engine. This is a collaborative, in-house role focused on turning ideas into execution, running thoughtful experiments, and building systems that help ONE learn what reliably generates new leads for the sales team.

Requirements

3 to 7 or more years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
Experience executing campaigns end to end
Comfortable working in CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, services, or B2B marketing is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Translate growth ideas into live, measurable campaigns
Set up and manage webinars, educational campaigns, and lead experiments
Build landing pages, email sequences, and follow-up workflows
Track campaigns and results using HubSpot
Take leadership-created content such as video, talks, and teaching and ensure it is edited, published, and distributed
Coordinate with contractors including video editors, designers, and writers
Maintain a consistent content and campaign cadence
Monitor performance and summarize learnings clearly
Help identify what is working, what is not, and what to test next
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn teaching and visibility into demand
Keep execution moving so leadership stays focused on high-leverage work
