About The Position

Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing/ Sales Support Specialist to enable sales success through proposal management, visual sales assets, digital content, and event execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and deadline-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting both sales and marketing initiatives. You will serve as the Proposify subject-matter expert while also supporting presentations, website updates, social media video content, and tradeshow logistics. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize proposals using Proposify , ensuring accuracy, speed, and brand consistency Create and maintain sales visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal graphics Perform routine website content updates and manage approved sales assets Support short-form video and social media content for sales and events Coordinate events and tradeshows , including timelines, materials, and on-site support Pack and prepare event materials and giveaways; lift and move items up to 40 lbs Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or sales enablement Hands-on experience with Proposify or similar proposal software Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for design and efficiency Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc.) Experience with basic website CMS updates (WordPress or similar) Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Why This Role Matters This role directly impacts sales efficiency, brand consistency, and customer experience . Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or sales enablement
• Hands-on experience with Proposify or similar proposal software
• Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for design and efficiency
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Experience with basic website CMS updates (WordPress or similar)
• Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines
