About The Position

The Central Missouri Foster Care & Adoption Association is a not-for-profit agency that educates, supports, and advocates for foster, adoptive, & kinship children, youth, & families in central Missouri by offering services & partnering with community & governmental agencies to develop healthy & self-sufficient individuals & families. Currently, we are assisting over 640 foster families, over 1400 foster children, over 400 adopted children in our service area. Our goal is to be a support to the families, children, and youth in this area, and we work tirelessly to provide much needed services to them. The Marketing Supervisor will be in charge of leading our CMFCAA's marketing efforts. The marketing supervisor will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating the marketing plans to those involved. The Marketing Supervisor will be working closely with our Development team to develop a strategy that will help us maximize events and fundraising awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, communications, or another related field (equivalent experience may be taken into account)
  • Experience in marketing and supervising a marketing team
  • Strong communication skills including writing and editing
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience with digital marketing including social media/content marketing
  • Competency in graphic design
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing Marketing team
  • Managing the agency’s online presence through social media platforms
  • Managing the agency’s digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring all marketing activities align with the agency’s brand identity
  • Collaborate with programs to ensure marketing strategies align with CMFCAA’s mission and activities
  • Provide regular updates on marketing performance results
  • Lead and design agency’s graphic design efforts ranging from flyers, graphs, info guides, etc.
  • Represent the agency through photography and videography by capturing high quality, impactful photographs and video for marketing materials, social media, and public relations purposes
