Position Description: MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE INTO THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN HUNTERSVILLE, NC THREE DAYS PER WEEK. The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for driving and supporting marketing strategies and analytics for the Tire Pros franchise network. This role develops and maintains marketing dashboards and systems, monitors campaign performance, and streamlines workflows to enhance team productivity. The position requires strong analytical skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, vendor partners, and franchisees, to deliver measurable improvements in marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and franchise goals.
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to extract insights and recommend actionable improvements for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate contact databases to ensure effective communication and outreach.
  • Serve as department expert on marketing systems and programs; support testing and development to improve workflows.
  • Manage manufacturer marketing (co-op) programs, including compliance, accrual processes, and claims monitoring.
  • Coordinate billing processes for vendors and franchisees related to marketing services.
