Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of design focused marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience producing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral from concept through completion.
  • Strong writing and editing skills that complement design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proven capacity to perform effectively in fast‑paced environments with competing timelines.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or pipeline management systems such as Unanet or Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop polished proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for RFQs and RFPs.
  • Apply strong layout and visual design to present technical content clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create effective graphics and layouts.
  • Produce project sheets, brochures, presentations, award submissions, and event materials with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Support content development by integrating concise writing with thoughtful design.
  • Create graphics, icons, diagrams, and image treatments that reinforce the firm’s visual brand.
  • Work within established guidelines while contributing creative solutions to continuously elevate brand standards.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials meet project needs and brand standards.
  • Work with marketing team to maintain organized digital libraries of project photography, profiles, resumes, templates, and branded assets.
  • Assist with updates to CRM or pipeline management platforms as needed.
