About The Position

About The Role: As a CBRE Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing basic marketing research and design. This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services. What You'll Do: Research opportunities and forecast trends with statistical data. Measure the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns. Make recommendations on current campaigns and communicate improvements based on customer feedback and research findings. Establish target audiences and develop methods for data collection. This includes surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. Design both print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc. Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines. Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback. Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout. Keep updated with ongoing market trends, previous trends, and their impact on the market. Review the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns, advertisements, etc. Use AI tools to track current customer activity. Tap into potential untapped customer segments. Review consumer buying habits and their correlation with various economic events. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
