About The Position

In the Marketing Specialist role, you work to initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Will help develop and implements digital marketing, and e-commerce programs to support sales growth and customer experience.

Requirements

BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing Business, or Communications
2+ years of experience in related field
Knowledgeable in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, and WordPress
Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
Deep understanding of the homebuilding business and alignment with company values of Ownership, Respect, Doing the Right Thing, Freedom, and Having Fun.

Responsibilities

Assist in design and development of creative digital campaign content (messaging, imagery, videos) for all platforms.
Manage MLS presence by entering / updating listings, setting open house, etc.
Organize marketing materials for sales offices (Price sheets, Standard features, Community info)
Order / Create all signage (coming soon, available, community)
Manage / Order all Deco center images (lifestyles, community plats, raspberry pie for tv)
Assist with planning/coordination of Quarterly Meetings and/or any internal office parties .
Take/Edit Pictures of all completed inventory homes
Manage Slick Text Platform
Approved request from the online sales ordering site
Code all marketing invoices
Ensure Developer Websites / Google my business pages are correct
Attend marketing socials and other events.
Assist in other duties/ task as needed
