Summary: The primary purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to execute and perform the activities for Corporate Marketing. Special Skills: Overall grasp of a marketing strategy. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Intermediate Level of knowledge with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus. Experience in a previous Marketing role is necessary and product/project management knowledge is a plus. Physical Demands: This is not a remote position. The employee is expected to report to the office on a daily basis. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Job Description and Essential Functions: Marketing Coordinate Corporate Marketing Manage tradeshows and update the tradeshow calendar. Attend tradeshows as needed. Manage and update social media accounts Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. Manage company literature. Update and print catalogs to stock, label samples, take images of samples for catalogs, edit images, draft content for marketing materials Manage monthly internal newsletter Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data. Come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies. Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics. Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting. Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels. Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development. Up to 10% domestic travel. Other duties as assigned by management.
