Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the real estate or title industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the real estate industry and title/escrow processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and related sectors
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and support agents in building their client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals
Assist agents with marketing materials, branding, and online presence to enhance their visibility
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach
