Requirements

  • Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Global Communication, Marketing or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:
  • Integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and event activations.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, WeChat, and TikTok Shop.
  • Marketing data analytics, campaign performance measurement, and optimization using analytics tools.
  • Ability to create engaging marketing content by using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships management, user acquisition, and revenue growth strategies to drive awareness, conversion, and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability in market research, go-to-market strategy execution, and full-funnel sales/engagement optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on niche growth segments such as Gen Z and millennials.
  • Manage digital advertising operations across Meta, Google, YouTube and apply data-driven strategies and AI-powered optimization to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Lead large-scale campaigns across online and offline channels to improve brand awareness, engagement, and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to launch new features and optimize user experience in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
