Requirements

A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or experience
3+ years of experience in marketing
Knowledge of creative development process, print, digital, social marketing communications platforms, and digital marketing technologies / advertising technology industry
Advanced verbal / written communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail
Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
Work extended hours

Responsibilities

Executes aspects of marketing campaign(s); applies understanding of the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and budget parameters; collaborates with key stakeholders to execute successful projects
Collaborates with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Merchandising) to understand / interpret marketing and promotional needs essential to completing campaign details
Supports campaign development / management for advertising projects (e.g., in-Store signage assets, online, print, out-of-home, targeted marketing, promotional materials, grass root executions)
Collaborates with creative, digital, targeted marketing, production, and traffic teams to establish / update production schedules; manages / executes all project elements from beginning to end
Applies project subject matter knowledge to assist team in project execution
Drives team accountability for deliverables to ensure projects meet milestones
Monitors project status and execution; offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
Proactively identifies / escalates risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; may recommend solutions
Reviews marketing creative development to ensure accuracy, layout / design, copy, printing, etc., meet H-E-B and Campaign standards
Ensures marketing vehicle messages accurately and consistently portray H-E-B branding and culture
Assists in gathering production and third-party estimates, and oversight of outside vendor work
Assists in preparation / coordination of marketing plans, presentations, and meetings
Builds / maintains relationships with internal team and stakeholders
