Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, campaign, or communications role with hands-on execution responsibilities.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, and/or paid media).
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM tools); comfort learning new systems.
  • Working knowledge of project management or task-tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or supporting content calendars and coordinating content production.
  • Exposure to SEO, content optimization, or sales enablement platforms (e.g., BrightEdge, HighSpot).
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external vendors.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing environments and revenue-aligned marketing teams.
  • Experience contributing to post-campaign reporting or performance analysis.
  • Highly organized with a natural inclination toward structure and clarity.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of assigned initiatives while knowing when to escalate.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback as priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to company objectives and target audiences across email, social, content, and paid channels.
  • Translate campaign strategy into clear deliverables, timelines, and assets in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day production of marketing materials, including copy, graphics, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Own the marketing content calendar, ensuring consistent execution and timely delivery of planned initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Services to ensure messaging, timing, and execution are aligned.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs on schedule.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through execution, ensuring tasks, dependencies, and deadlines are clearly defined.
  • Maintain project documentation including briefs, timelines, status updates, and post-campaign summaries.
  • Track all marketing initiatives in Monday.com, keeping task assignments and timelines up to date.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate campaign check-ins and follow-ups, capturing action items and supporting alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support marketing technology and vendor coordination (e.g., BrightEdge, HighSpot, HubSpot) by assisting with scheduling, workflow coordination, and documentation.
