JOB SUMMARY: This position supports marketing project management across the company. Will develop messaging, content and creative support that promotes services for us in campaigns, websites, social medial and other channels as identified. The Marketing Specialist also provides daily support though the coordination of special events. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing team members and leaders to develop creative content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous agency experience preferred
  • Experience with websites and graphic design preferred (Photoshop, WordPress, social media, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
  • Work with marketing operations to develop and respond to design requests.
  • Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Conduct market research and identify trends
  • Other related duties as assigned.
