About The Position

Arkansas Global Connect (AGC) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help lead the company into new phases of growth and opportunity by developing and executing innovative, B2B-focused marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for building and implementing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive employer engagement, and support customer acquisition across key industries such as hospitality, landscaping, and construction. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping AGC’s evolving go-to-market strategy by leading content development, digital campaigns, industry partnerships, and performance analytics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while helping scale a fast-growing brand focused on delivering reliable, compliant workforce solutions to U.S. employers

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, digital marketing, and content distribution strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new marketing approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, digital campaigns, and content strategy preferred.
  • Experience with PPC, SEO, and digital marketing distribution strategies
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers and communication tools.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with AGC’s growth objectives, focused on driving employer acquisition across key industries.
  • Create and manage content including thought leadership, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials, and virtual webinars.
  • Execute multi-channel distribution strategies across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and web to engage target employer audiences.
  • Optimize website and digital efforts using SEO best practices to increase visibility and inbound demand.
  • Partner with sales on targeted outreach and account-based marketing initiatives to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to inform data-driven decisions and improve results.
  • Conduct market research to identify employer needs, industry trends, and new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to align marketing with broader business goals.
  • Test and scale new marketing channels and strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent, professional brand messaging across all employer-facing communications.
