Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
Strong understanding of top social channels and how to create platform-specific content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze metrics to drive engagement and growth strategies
Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team
Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with paid social advertising and promotions
Experience working with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visual assets
Understanding of SEO concepts related to social media
Experience engaging with online communities and managing brand voice

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform
Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages promptly
Analyze social media performance data and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and reach
Stay updated on the latest social media marketing trends, best practices, and tools
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinated campaigns
Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners
