The Marketing Specialist will support external marketing efforts to drive new patient referrals. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, enhancing provider and patient communication, and sharing compelling patient experience stories. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to write and implement strategy, utilizing data and feedback well to pivot when needed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in general marketing role
  • Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

  • Champion and embody Pure's core values while ensuring seamless collaboration with fellow marketing team members and internal partners.
  • Own Pure’s social media content calendar for LinkedIn and Meta and ensure posts are relevant, educational, and further the company mission by collaborating with relevant departments to create and post content 2-3x per week.
  • Equip the sales teams and locations with the necessary marketing tools and resources to achieve referral goals and strengthen provider relationships.
  • Oversee Pure Healthcare's online presence across all brands, including website maintenance, directory listings, and other patient and provider-facing channels
  • Execute a patient experience strategy by leveraging reviews and stories through video content; create and manage the weekly Google review report and contribute to gathering NPS metrics.
  • Design and execute patient-focused direct and social media strategies to enhance visibility and drive new patient referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of performance metrics to support informed decision-making and share valuable insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing local events in our clinic markets, as well as coordinating internal employee engagement initiatives.
