Marketing and Media oversees marketing and communications efforts for the Division of Student Success, under which University Career Services (UCS) falls. This position is in-person based out of Student Center East on the Atlanta Campus. The coordinator will work 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $20/hour. The position is temporary and will not exceed 1,300 total hours. Temporary positions are not benefits-eligible and do not include paid leave. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Media, the Marketing Specialist (Temp) will be responsible for implementing creative strategies designed to promote and elevate programs and services offered by UCS. This position will focus on updating and creating all marketing collateral used to promoting UCS’ presence across all Georgia State campuses. This role requires a creative and organized individual who is passionate about helping university students achieve their career goals as well as someone who is self-motivated to effectively communicate and work across different teams to achieve Division-wide marketing and communications goals.
