Position Overview: Dutch Bros is looking for an individual to join our Marketing team for 6 months to support various needs across the marketing team, from drink making for consumer and executive tastings, test kitchen maintenance, signage review / proofing and supporting the field-facing marketing inbox with high quality customer service to our field teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years shop experience, required
Very detailed knowledge of Dutch Bros Manifesto and all drink build formats / rules
Strong attention to detail
High sense of urgency
Motivated self-starter
Proven collaboration skills
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.

Responsibilities

Support Product Development team in consumer and executive drink tastings
Partner with PD team to define, align and execute all drink tastings (upwards of 5-7 per week), both for consumer panels and executive sessions
Prep a variety of drinks consistently for research sessions
Put away and manage weekly stock used by the PD team in the onsite test kitchen
Help with weekly test kitchen cleanup
Support Signage, Menu and Asset Proofing Development and Proofing
Build install guides for field communications
Provide inputs for data sheets that power menu items in the Dutch Bros app
Conduct Food Signage hardware reviews
Proof creative assets (menus, signage, other marketing assets) for accuracy and clarity
Support Fulfilling Field Requests via the Marketing Inbox
Monitor, reply and triage inbound field requests to the marketing inbox
Escalate any urgent needs to field marketing team for support, as needed
