About The Position

The Marketing Specialist – Industrial & Key Accounts plays a critical role in bringing marketing strategy to life through execution across multiple channels. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support business objectives, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable results within industrial and key account channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning strategy into action.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or specialist role supporting brand or channel marketing.
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional marketing initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and content development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for staying current on consumer trends and behaviors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and measure integrated channel marketing campaigns aligned to business and brand objectives.
  • Build, manage, and maintain the annual marketing calendar in support of strategic brand plans.
  • Support project planning and status meetings, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and engagement across cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, creative and media teams, and external agency partners to deliver marketing programs efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing assets, including digital tools, email and social campaigns, video, and other brand and product marketing materials for global industrial channels.
  • Collect and analyze performance data, competitive insights, and post-campaign learnings to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI.
  • Process and track marketing vendor invoices against annual brand budgets.
