About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist II, Pro Marketing – Comfort & Water to assist in development and then execute on marketing programs that drive growth through our HVAC & Plumbing Pros. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning phase and driving the execution of co-marketing initiatives, HVAC/Plumbing Pro communications, enablement tools, and demand generation activities that help HVAC/Plumbing Pros promote and sell our solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC/Plumbing Pro marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of indirect sales models.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, HVAC/Plumbing Pro marketing, or B2B demand generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

  • Proven success in executing joint marketing programs and managing HVAC/Plumbing Pro relationships.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of HVAC/Plumbing Pro portals, PRM systems, and channel incentive programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company and HVAC/Plumbing Pro objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify high-impact marketing opportunities targeting key HVAC and Plumbing Pros.
  • Support go-to-market plans for new product launches and HVAC/Plumbing Pro onboarding.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns with HVAC/Plumbing Pros (email, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, events).
  • Create and distribute marketing assets tailored for the HVAC/Plumbing Pro ecosystem (sales decks, case studies, email templates, landing pages).
  • Assist in the development of HVAC/Plumbing Pro training materials, toolkits, and communications that help Pros effectively market and sell our products.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing HVAC/Plumbing Pros.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of HVAC/Plumbing Pro campaigns and programs using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Report on KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline influence, ROI, and HVAC/Plumbing Pro engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, product marketing, content, and operations to align efforts and messaging.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for HVAC and Plumbing Pro relationships, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards.
