Responsible for executing and overseeing various marketing activities including social media management, email marketing campaigns, graphic design, and copywriting. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving results. Requirements

  • Ability to perform consistently in a continuous fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, graphic design, and copywriting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must me 18 years of age or older
  • Candidates with prior related experience to Aviation will be given priority
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices.
  • Monitor social media accounts for comments and follow company procedure when a response is required.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional emails.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure brand and product consistency.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audience segments.
  • Monitor email performance metrics, optimize open and click-through rates, and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Design visually appealing marketing collateral, including digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all design materials.
  • Stay current with design software and industry trends to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Write persuasive and compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, product descriptions, and social media captions.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with the content team to generate creative ideas for blog articles, videos, and other content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Assist in content production by providing input and supporting content creators.
