Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role supporting campaigns, programs, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing tactics such as email campaigns, content creation, events, digital marketing, or social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, or operations
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting (e.g., leads, engagement, conversion)
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email, CMS, or project management tools)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a specific product, service, or business line
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com or similar)
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or agencies
  • Exposure to demand generation, field marketing, or digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience working in a B2B environment or growth-oriented organization

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the business line
  • Develop targeted campaigns aligned to sales and revenue goals
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to support launches and growth initiatives
  • Improve customer segmentation, messaging, and content relevance
  • Track and optimize performance using clear KPIs (leads, pipeline, conversion, ROI)
