Impact Storytelling Specialist (Full-time) Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Impact Marketing Position Overview This Impact Storytelling Specialist will support the planning, development, and execution of responsible sourcing and impact storytelling, including content development, story operations, reporting and data management. The role will focus on bringing doTERRA’s impact strategy to life through coordinated storytelling efforts, while actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage workflows, inputs, and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in communications
  • Experience or certificate in international development, social impact, sustainability agriculture, or related field
  • 1-year minimum work experience in related field (internships included)

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill content requests and content approvals where needed from international markets, events, marketing, and PR, while tracking status, priorities, and timelines across all requests
  • Monitor the implementation of new and improved impact messaging, including tracking where and how messaging is deployed across channels.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders to execute and coordinate impact messaging across teams, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inputs and follow-ups.
  • Support end-to-end story workflows, from intake and planning through production and delivery
  • Coordinate story inputs, background materials, and creative briefs in partnership with sourcing, marketing, and agencies
  • Track story status, deliverables, and approvals to support efficient execution and reduce bottlenecks
  • Assist in preparation and collection of impact data and other tools to support value-based CIS strategy in the companySupport ethical, honest and clear CIS messaging: Support development of new and improved CIS messaging based on updated company direction, and communicating due diligence efforts
  • Review Marketing content requests, helping triage, route, and coordinate feedback and approvals
  • Maintain story repositories, asset libraries, and documentation to ensure easy access and long-term scalability
  • Monitor implementation of new and improved CIS messaging, flagging gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for alignment
  • Manage Sourcing Marketing Folder content, including organizing, maintaining, and updating assets, templates, and story materials
  • Draft written marketing materials such as project summaries, sourcing brochures, website content and sourcing information on oils
  • Draft templates of key messaging for presentations, internal and external audiences
  • Organize and review existing sourcing footage with Marketing
