Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing & Communications Specialist leads the implementation of strategies that build brand awareness, strengthen engagement, and advance fundraising efforts. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality branding and communications that reflect the Club’s mission and values. Through cross-departmental collaboration, the Specialist manages marketing and communication projects that drive member enrollment, support staff recruitment and retention, and enhance stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating the design and production of marketing collateral and digital assets (e.g., reports, one-pagers, banners, event materials, and social media graphics), managing campaign timelines, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. The Specialist also supports the promotion and branding of Club and community events, helping to expand visibility and audience reach through digital media.
