About The Position

The North American Pro Channel Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aimed growing our Pro Channel in the United States and Canada. This role involves a mix of marketing planning, building brand recognition, promotional and event support, product launch initiatives, and content creation across multiple digital and traditional channels. Collaboration with product marketing, sales and other teams will be crucial for aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or other technical discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in B-to-B marketing, business or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Software as well as Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Highly motivated, organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Has the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to translate English to French Canadian is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to meet overall Pro Channel objectives while aligning these with Broan-NuTone’s broader marketing, sales and business objectives.
  • Assist with strategy to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans, programs, campaigns and sales enablement tools that help drive overall Broan-NuTone growth, including new product launches, promotions and events.
  • Works with the Pro Channel Growth Marketing Director to assist in analyzing key persona performance and developing account-based marketing strategies, including messaging frameworks and content that supports the target persona needs and buyer journey.
  • Works closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Develops and produces compelling marketing materials including sales tools, case studies, and digital content, including social, email and website, to drive awareness, activity and acquisition.
  • Tracks, analyzes and reports on campaign performance, using data to demonstrate business impact and provide actionable insights for optimization.
