About The Position
We are a full-service flooring company based in Southern Westchester, serving residential and commercial clients with high-quality products and expert installation. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our marketing and brand presence—and we’re seeking a motivated intern to help lead that effort. We are looking for a paid Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our branding, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in marketing strategy, social media management, and brand development within a growing local business.
Requirements
- Some education and/or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies
- Create and schedule engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support branding initiatives and maintain brand consistency
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor social media engagement and performance analytics
- Participate in brief daily check-ins with management
- Research industry trends and local market opportunities
