About The Position

At LGH, we provide the rental of lifting, rigging, pulling and jacking equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Marketing Services Representative supports the execution of marketing initiatives through coordination of trade shows, management of association activities, content development, and general administrative support. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or communications strongly preferred.
• 2 years experience
• Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative Suite, Video Editing Software
• Strong business writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content for digital channels, including emails, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment; 1-2 days per week in Bridgeview, IL location required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of trade show participation including logistics, promotional materials, and lead generation activities.
• Track and analyze trade show performance metrics.
• Process requests for rental representatives to participate in golf outings.
• Handle marketing support requests submitted through the charity portal.
• Serve as the primary liaison for industry associations.
• Manage all memberships, renewals, and communications.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Write copy, source imagery, and coordinate with printers to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with filming, editing, and post-production of marketing videos.
• Stay current on video editing software and industry trends.
• Process representative literature requests from LGH’s CRM system.
• Pack and ship marketing materials and coordinate business card orders with vendors.
• Handle customer literature requests and coordinate mailing with the mail house.
• Organize and tag marketing photos in the CRM library for easy retrieval.
• Support updates to RFID, Tags & Decals, and Operations/Parts books in collaboration with the Graphic Designer.
• Work with vendors to maintain and refresh the brand store annually.
• Order and manage stock of promotional items as needed.
