Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting Sales or Account Management personnel to assist in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business. Cultivates relationships with clients and brokers, as well as internal partners, and service accounts to expand the business and meet corporate and divisional sales/renewal objectives. Research inquiries received from employer groups, brokers, or vendors. Receive, track, and respond to client or stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely response and accurate information. This role is also responsible for completing annual contracts and handling renewing business. Collaborating with cross functional teams/internal stakeholders to coordinate internal projects. There may be some travel in this role, including off-site client visits.
