We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and elevate the operational backbone of our Marketing, SDR, and Demand Gen functions. This role sits at the intersection of our SDR, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, PMM, and ABM teams ensuring the systems, workflows, and data that power these teams are running smoothly and continuously improving. This is a high-impact, hands-on role. Many of the workflows you'll own already exist in some form, but need sharper execution, better tooling, and a dedicated operator to take them to the next level. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, optimizing, and scaling the processes that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
