Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales teams to generate new business and identify prospects.
  • Manage CRM data, opportunity tracking, and forecasting tools.
  • Develop and execute regional and national sales and marketing strategies.
  • Create sales tools such as brochures, presentations, and product materials.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and media partners.
  • Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.
  • Support trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain brand accuracy and messaging consistency.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage program budgets and timelines.
