We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to support and drive our go-to-market efforts across our manufacturing and distribution businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives, sales tools, and cross-functional projects are executed effectively and consistently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where coordination and follow-through are critical.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, project management, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, comfortable creating structure from ambiguity and working in an evolving environment
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing deliverables
  • Proficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building products industries
  • Experience supporting product launches or marketing programs

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales tools, collateral, and marketing assets
  • Ensure distributors and sales teams have access to up-to-date materials
  • Oversee and track co-op marketing requests from distributors
  • Support communication of marketing programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives from concept through execution
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ownership across multiple projects
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams (sales, manufacturing, customer service) and external partners
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate development and production of product samples internally
  • Ensure consistency and quality in how products are presented to customers and distributors
  • Work with external partners including graphic designers, marketing contractors, and agencies
  • Help coordinate the selection and onboarding of an external marketing firm
  • Ensure deliverables meet expectations, timelines, and brand standards
  • Assist with website updates and ongoing maintenance
  • Organize and manage marketing assets for easy access and consistent usage
  • Ensure distributors are aligned with brand and marketing guidelines
  • Support key initiatives across the business as needed, including new product launches and strategic marketing efforts
