We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational and technical backbone of our multi-brand marketing organization. You will own the entire marketing technology stack, data infrastructure, campaign deployment engine, AI-powered marketing automation, and performance reporting across six brands in four industries. You are the systems architect who makes the entire marketing engine run. Every campaign, every lead, and every experiment across the portfolio flows through infrastructure that you build, maintain, and optimize. This is a foundational hire — your systems will be the platform the entire marketing team depends on. For volume automation and workflow development, you leverage AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining data integrity and operational excellence across six distinct brands. AI Fluency Requirement — Non-Negotiable Ciullo, Inc. is an AI-first organization. Every member of our team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work — not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows using tools like Claude, LangChain, or equivalent platforms with measurable efficiency gains to show for it.
