Nelson\Nygaard is seeking to hire a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. The coordinator or senior coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Marketing/Proposal Manager and in partnership with marketing team members and planners across the firm. The work will support proposal preparation from beginning to end, business development including grant tracking, marketing material creation, and pipeline input. You bring energy and a commitment to do great work together. You’re reliable, proactive, and adaptable to new situations or changes in plans. You have familiarity with the pursuit and proposal process. (This is not a B2C marketing position for communications or social media work.) You’re well versed in the public procurement process and know how to locate, read, and organize responses to RFPs and RFQs. You are a team player and willing to jump in where and when you are needed most.
