Employment with our company is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen JOB DESCRIPTION: Tridant Solutions Proposal & Marketing Coordinator reports to the Sr. HR manager and will manage the proposal development process and other duties including but not limited to those listed below.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field OR 5 years of consistent comparable experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting federal and other government proposals and marketing efforts.
  • At least 2 years of experience creating and distributing marketing material including follow-up.
  • Experience or knowledge of search engines for federal, other government, and commercial agency opportunities
  • Can work independently and with a team with little direction.
  • Proficient in the English language (reading, writing, interpreting)
  • Experience or knowledge of small business certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and prepare RFQs, SSNs, and RFIs and their requirements to create proposal development plans/compliance matrixes and proposal outlines structured to be compliant with response requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret RFP requirements to create proposal development plans, outlines, and compliance matrixes.
  • Participate in proposal and business development meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the proposal response process.
  • Direct proposal kickoff meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
  • Solicit management reviews and approvals during proposal development.
  • Monitor proposal content/provide quality assurance reviews and copy editing to ensure compliance with RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Communicate feedback to proposal writers, SMEs, or other relevant individuals whose work was reviewed.
  • Coordinate review activities for individuals whose feedback on proposal content is required.
  • Maintain and add reusable components, proposal tools, and templates to the proposal library to reduce response time and improve the quality of future bids.
  • Administration of proposal library on SharePoint
  • Develop and revise proposal schedules.
  • Light writing duties for minor proposal areas (resumes, company info, and other)
  • Coordinate and schedule data calls after reviewing the RFPs to determine what information needs to be collected.
  • Send Data Call requests with a specified date of return.
  • Track data calls and action items
  • Facilitate a retrospective assessment of proposals and refine future proposal strategies.
  • Monitor government databases for relevant competitive procurement opportunities.
  • Managing and tracking the bid opportunities pipeline, and Circulating opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Track and manage company certifications.
  • Create job postings for RFPs, SSNs, RFIs, and RFQs as needed.
  • Prepare and send marketing communications to customers and potential customers.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Must support after-hours, holiday, and weekend hours as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
