The Marketing Project Specialist will support the Marketing team in managing active projects and the pipeline of new requests across all channels. You will be working closely several functional areas of the business as well as the creative team to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include evaluating briefs and tickets, resource planning, establishing project timelines and workflow, and assisting in determining effective project communication plans as well monitoring and ensuring the proper execution of those plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to both create and interpret creative and strategic briefs, identify areas for process improvement, and coordinate with cross discipline team members without direct authority.
