As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and management of project plans for creative marketing campaign projects within HubSpot. From start to finish, you will be involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. To enable our teams to work synchronously, this role would be best suited for someone based in Central or Eastern time zones.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on digital marketing campaign projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Have an unwavering passion for driving results and making things happen.
  • Approach problem-solving with a keen analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, successfully navigating complexity and embracing change.
  • Excel in forming strong interpersonal connections and possess remarkable resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in a Consultancy or Agency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scoping Work with Account Directors and CX Consultants to define campaign or project goals.
  • Translate business objectives into project briefs with clear deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify dependencies (e.g., sales, creative, dev team).
  • Organisation & Prioritisation Co-ordinate across tems: Creative, Design, Media, Consultancy, Development
  • Prioritize work based on impact and deadlines
  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently
  • Keep everything in a project management tool
  • Manage campaign and production assets
  • Remove blockers to keep the project moving
  • Quality Control, Monitoring & Reporting Review deliverables for brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance (legal, GDPR, accessibility, HubSpot best practices, etc.).
  • Test campaigns (email previews, form submissions, tracking pixels).
  • Track KPis during and after campaigns (traffic, leads, pipeline influence
