About The Position

Foundation AI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives by managing timelines, coordinating external partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, content, email marketing, social media campaigns, and sales enablement materials. This role will be cross-functional with marketing event management, sales operations, sales team members, customer experience/success, and FAI leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B legal technology and familiarity with the plaintiff attorney market, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment. This is not a traditional “content creator” role — it is a project-management-driven marketing role responsible for coordinating and managing external partners (content writers, designers, agencies, video teams, etc.), managing timelines, and ensuring all marketing deliverables align with brand strategy, sales goals, and product priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience managing multiple projects and external partners simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or professional services

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal technology, plaintiff attorneys, litigation workflows, and/or legal operations
  • Experience working with agencies, contractors, or creative vendors
  • Experience supporting sales and go-to-market teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Ensure marketing work is completed on time and aligns with brand, business goals, and timelines of events and sales-generating activities.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers responsible for content, design, video, and other strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final delivery of materials with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, website, events)
  • Coordinate campaign timing with product launches, events, and sales initiatives
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing assets. This is critical, especially when working with various partners/vendors.
  • Along with sales operations, measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and support materials.
  • Update materials to reflect product updates, new messaging, new and existing partnerships, and customer needs.
  • Ensure sales teams, marketing peers, and other key personnel have access to current and accurate assets.
