About The Position

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Conga's marketing organization. While you’ll have a strong foundation in place, you’ll have the opportunity to build new processes from scratch. You’ll be a highly functional, organized operator who can own it, run it, and make it better. You’ll own the marketing intake process, ensuring all incoming requests are captured, triaged, and properly prioritized against team capacity and strategic goals. You’ll manage end-to-end project timelines, while proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers before they become problems and maintaining real-time visibility into marketing projects. You’ll also manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are scoped clearly, timelines are honored, and quality meets expectations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, you'll work across our full marketing org (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Events, Content, and Marketing Ops) keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and our team moving with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment. You’ve demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, without losing the details.
  • You have hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and workflow management. You’re also familiar with Marketo and Salesforce/SFDC, with an understanding of how marketing campaigns and data flow through these systems.
  • You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. When you speak you are clear and concise. You have a talent for translating complexity into clarity, whether in a status update, a stakeholder meeting, or a project brief.
  • You don’t wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you flag problems early, bring options, and don't wait to be asked
  • You can navigate operating in an environment that balances structure with flexibility. You thrive with clear process but adapt quickly as priorities shift, always staying aligned with the bigger picture.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
  • Experience managing integrated campaign timelines spanning demand gen, content, and events
  • Background working alongside or managing creative and content agencies
