As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Conga's marketing organization. While you’ll have a strong foundation in place, you’ll have the opportunity to build new processes from scratch. You’ll be a highly functional, organized operator who can own it, run it, and make it better. You’ll own the marketing intake process, ensuring all incoming requests are captured, triaged, and properly prioritized against team capacity and strategic goals. You’ll manage end-to-end project timelines, while proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers before they become problems and maintaining real-time visibility into marketing projects. You’ll also manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are scoped clearly, timelines are honored, and quality meets expectations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, you'll work across our full marketing org (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Events, Content, and Marketing Ops) keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and our team moving with clarity and confidence.
