The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, with experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments and functions.
Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within project teams and stakeholders to maintain momentum and achieve project goals.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulations and industry best practices.
