Our Marketing Project Managers for Studio Blue are instrumental in providing excellent support for our advisors as they conduct their daily business activities. The Marketing Project Manager coordinates activities for our Investment Advisor including proposals, listings and the marketing of those listings, escrow, closings, and all related processes. They also coordinate research and related activities with our Global Production Operations. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will: Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other support staff for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents. Coordinate with Operations Director on creation of all packages, brochures, flyers, eblasts, and other materials as needed. Ensure accurate, timely production and distribution of materials for each project. Launch all listings for assigned advisors and provide support as needed through close of escrow. Submit requests and coordinate with all departments (Research, Email Marketing, Digital Design, and Global Production Operations) for content creation of production materials. Light copywriting for production materials (primarily property descriptions for proposals and listings). Proofreading and editing of all production materials, ensuring all assets are accurate and error free before distribution to clients. Create static and video social media announcements for closed opportunities Maintain corporate and team branding. Stay up to date on all internal communications regarding corporate initiatives, new products/services; must be proficient with all internal systems and processes. Communicate information to producers and support staff on any corporate initiative or new products/service; provide follow-up training if necessary. Review of team’s processes/efficiencies and coordinate improvements as needed. Cross trained on light transaction tasks. Other duties as assigned.
