The Marketing Programs Manager owns social channels and content execution while supporting integrated demand programs across paid advertising, webinars, email campaigns, events, and our newsletter. This role will also manage our AI SDR program administration, support competitive monitoring, and drive performance analysis and optimization across marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure campaign alignment, strong feedback loops, and measurable pipeline impact. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, owning systems, improving performance, and turning programs into measurable revenue impact.
