About The Position

Navien is seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs, including administration of the company’s NavienRewards, HVAC Partners, NaviLend programs, and more. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong communication and customer service skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing and is familiar with the plumbing and HVAC industries or with the wholesale distribution channel. The Marketing Programs Coordinator works closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of customer programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contractor Programs Administration
  • Manage day-to-day administration of contractor loyalty and engagement programs, including NavienRewards, HVAC Partners, NaviLend, and extended warranty programs
  • Provide customer support and respond to program inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate product setup and execute promotions within the NavienRewards platform
  • Process program transactions, including Personal Use rebates, parts kit orders, and training-related redemptions
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and deadlines
  • Serve as primary liaison to third-party vendors to maintain program functionality and customer experience
  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify and implement program enhancements
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for management and leadership
  • Event Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate small- to mid-size customer events tied to contractor programs
  • Manage event logistics including itineraries, travel, catering, activities, and vendor payments
  • Serve as on-site host for select events and after-hours activities
  • Department Administrative Support
  • Monitor incoming customer communications via phone and email; respond or route as needed
  • Track program-related expenses, secure approvals, and reconcile transactions in a timely manner
  • Cross-train and support additional marketing programs, including MDF and wholesaler initiatives
  • Assist with planning internal and customer events (up to 200+ attendees)
  • Other tasks as assigned
