About The Position

The Marketing Program & Communications Manager II is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs and communications initiatives. This role bridges product marketing, sales enablement, vendor partnerships, and customer engagement to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing—preferably within wholesale distribution, construction, building materials, or plumbing—and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (B2B or wholesale distribution preferred)
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or building materials industry
  • Familiarity with co-op marketing programs and vendor-funded promotions
  • Experience managing trade shows or industry events
  • Graphic design or marketing automation experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and sales goals
  • Manage annual marketing calendar, promotional programs, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate co-op marketing initiatives with vendor partners
  • Track campaign performance and ROI; analyzing data to optimize future initiatives
  • Lead internal and external communications, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Develop content for email marketing, website, social media, digital advertising, print collateral, and sales materials
  • Oversee promotional flyers, catalogs, customer announcements, and branch communications
  • Partner with leadership on corporate messaging and key initiatives
  • Support the sales team with tools, product materials, and promotional resources
  • Work closely with vendor representatives to align marketing efforts and maximize co-branded opportunities
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer appreciation events, and industry events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Oversee marketing budget allocations and track spend
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and sales teams
