About The Position

Calero is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Production Specialist to support the production of visual marketing assets across digital campaigns, social media, email, website properties, and partner channels. This role is graphics-heavy but requires writing creative skills with approximately 70% of the work focused on graphic design and visual asset production, and 30% focused on short-form marketing writing and content support. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with the ability to craft concise marketing copy. This role works closely with marketing, demand generation, and channel teams to create engaging visual assets that support campaigns, brand consistency, and partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing design, digital marketing, or content production role
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets for web, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Strong creative writing skills for short-form marketing copy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice To Haves

  • WordPress experience preferred
  • Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) experience preferred
  • Experience supporting B2B or technology-focused marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing graphics for use across digital channels, including: Social media posts and campaign graphics Digital advertising creative Email graphics and templates Website banners and landing page visuals Blog and resource center imagery Partner and channel marketing assets
  • Develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Adapt and resize graphics for multiple platforms and formats
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign messaging into compelling visual designs
  • Manage revisions and versioning of creative assets to support campaign optimization
  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing graphics and templates
  • Write and edit short-form marketing copy for: Social media posts Email campaigns Digital ads Website pop ups and landing pages
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and marketing goals
