Marketing Partner Manager Location: Southfield, MI (On-Site) Reports To: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Drive Growth. Own Performance. Build Strong Partnerships. We’re looking for a Marketing Partner Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can manage agencies, align internal stakeholders, enforce accountability, and ensure every marketing dollar produces results. Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or high-growth environments preferred).
  • 2+ years managing agencies, vendors, or external marketing partners.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and overseeing campaign execution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • A bias for action and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Agency & Vendor Management Own third-party marketing partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Hold agencies and contractors accountable to performance, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Proactively address underperformance and drive optimization plans.
  • Campaign Execution & Alignment Partner with Product Managers to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and patient growth.
  • Translate strategy into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.
  • Review creative assets and ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Performance & ROI Ownership Track KPIs and campaign performance across vendors.
  • Ensure measurable ROI tied directly to business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing leadership.
  • Operational Excellence Bring structure to workflows, calendars, and partner communications.
  • Improve processes to streamline execution across teams.
  • Maintain clear visibility into campaign status, blockers, and outcomes.
