ServiceNow is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support how Marketing uses and operates its core campaign and content management capabilities. This role exists to make go-to-market operations and resource management solutions work better for the people using them every day. You’ll help bring order, clarity, and follow-through to how requests come in, how work moves forward, and how teams know what to expect. When something is unclear, broken, or stuck, this role helps figure out what’s really going on and gets it to the right place. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and to make sure Marketers have a reliable, predictable experience as we continue to evolve how we plan, execute, and measure work globally.
