Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits. Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience driving complex creative and marketing initiatives from concept through execution. This role is suited for someone who has a demonstrated track record of operational excellence, owning production workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced, high-performance environments. We are looking for teammates who have a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education. Ideal candidates will bring exceptional project management expertise, with advanced proficiency in Asana preferred. You will bring a systems-oriented mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate creative strategy into executable plans that deliver on time, on budget, and at a high bar for quality. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $115,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of hands-on project management experience driving complex creative and marketing initiatives from concept through execution
Demonstrated track record of operational excellence, owning production workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management of marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring work is planned, executed, and delivered on time and to Zeta’s quality bar
Design and implement seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes by identifying areas of improvement, refining processes, and staying current on project management and AI-enabled workflow tools
Translate campaign goals into clear, executable project plans by breaking work into actionable tasks with defined owners, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
Partner closely with creative, content, and marketing leads to drive end-to-end execution of creative projects, tracking progress, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively solving issues to keep work on schedule
Serve as the Asana expert and day-to-day owner, building and maintaining workflows, timelines, dependencies, and dashboards
Build and maintain strong operational systems, including asset organization, documentation, naming conventions, and process playbooks
Run regular production and status meetings that drive accountability and follow-through, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and ideas from all levels of the organization, integrating diverse perspectives into strategic planning and scaling efforts
Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
