We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for marketing automation, CRM integrations, campaign tracking, and performance analytics—playing a critical role in scaling our marketing and revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related industry
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar marketing automation platforms), and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of lead management, attribution modeling, and data governance best practices
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting, Smartsheet, and campaign tracking tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for turning data into insights
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own, administer, and optimize our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and its integration with Salesforce CRM
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the marketing tech stack, including SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Google Analytics, and Smartsheet
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms
  • Administer user permissions and support adherence to data privacy regulations
  • Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows to optimize Sales handoff
  • Ensure accurate MQL tracking, reporting, and data hygiene within Salesforce
  • Own and evolve attribution models to measure and improve campaign performance and ROI
  • Build, automate, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Deliver actionable insights into lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline impact
  • Continuously evaluate and refine KPIs to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision-making
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring proper setup of automation workflows, nurture programs, and landing pages
  • Maintain campaign data accuracy, including UTMs, conversion tracking, and attribution tagging
  • Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align processes, reporting, and lead flow
  • Train and support internal teams on marketing tools, analytics, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale workflows for increased efficiency
